Accor will bonus conversions from select partners to ALL points by 50%. Note that only select partners are eligible.

Conclusion
Traditionally, you have been able to convert points FROM hotel loyalty programs to airline ones and not the other way around.
It seems that both Accor and Marriott now try to get members to convert TO from airlines and banking. You need to do the math to see whether it makes sense to convert from any of the above programs to ALL.

3- Cardholders must be previously registered as a program member of the ALL loyalty program in order to participate in this promotion.
4- Once the transfer is initiated, it cannot be reversed.

6- Cardholders can only transfer points to ALL – Accor Live Limitless account held in their own name. A single partner loyalty account cannot be linked to several ALL accounts, however, a single ALL account can be linked to several bank accounts held in their own name.
