Accor has launched a conversion bonus offer from LATAM Pass transfers made from accounts based in Brazil between August 22 – 24, 2022.
LATAM Pass Brazil members can convert their points to all at 4:1 ratios + earn a 10% conversion bonus if they make a booking by August 29 for a stay through December 31, 2022.

Accor appears to have two separate conversion rations for LATAM Pass; one for the Spanish-speaking countries and another for Brazil, and the one for Brazil is worse.
There is a maximum conversion bonus of 6,000 ALL points.
Based on the cursory look of the translated T&Cs, it doesn’t appear that there is a requirement to use the points to make the booking.
Conclusion
I looked into the LATAM Pass programs in South America, but considering the state of the airline and its customer service and withdrawal from the Oneworld Alliance, it makes zero sense for anyone else than someone living there and mostly flying on LATAM.
Perhaps some readers with LATAM Pass Brazil points can drain their balance by transferring some to ALL.
