Hilton has launched another Honors points sale with up to a 100% bonus and an increased limit valid for purchases made through December 31, 2022.
Members can usually buy up to 80,000 points per calendar year before the bonus, although the limit is often doubled, like 160,000 in my case. The bonus under this sale for me, and likely for you too, is 100%

You have to remember that Honors awards include all fees and taxes that sometimes can be an additional 20-30% on top of the initial rate displayed, and all elite members get the fifth night free when redeeming points.
The best use of Hilton Honors points is when and where the paid rates are through the roof, such as the Maldives or French Polynesia properties. Always check the revenue rates and compare them against the price for points purchases.
