World of Hyatt has offered 500 bonus points per night for stays at select new hotels for a while, and the selection changes monthly when hotels come online (and some openings are delayed).
Hyatt has extended the offer through June 30, 2022, and there are 25 hotels on the list with varying expiry dates.
