A LoyaltyLobby reader messages us that the email addresses for these hotels stopped working on May 12th, which is likely the day when they were removed from the rate search.

It has been somewhat of a challenge for western hotel chains to exit the Russian market.

Many have only promised to stop development activities but have been quiet about the situation with existing hotels.

There will be very little need for hotels that mainly cater to international visitors, as the war with Ukraine and trade and other sanctions appears to be here to stay.
