IHG Rewards has now lextended the award discount offer that was first available for co-branded credit cardholders to all or select loyalty program members.
IHG offers a 20% award discount on stays through May 25, 2022, if booked by April 5. The discount is not combinable with the fourth night free benefit of select cobranded cards.

The discount is also available for the cash portion of the Points & Cash awards (you can buy points at a discount). The 20% discount is available for stays through May 25.

IHG has now had these semi-targeted award discounts a few times. It is an excellent opportunity for those eligible to use fewer points for rewards nights.
