The Hyatt Regency London – The Churchill is located on Portman Square in the upscale Marylebone neighborhood of London. Originally built in the 1970s as a government office building, in the early 1990s it was purchased by the Churchill Hotel Group, which renovated and converted it into a luxury hotel. The hotel opened as The Churchill InterContinental in 1998, and in 2001 was it rebranded as the Hyatt Regency London – The Churchill, offering 440 rooms including 50 suites.
