Tablet Hotels launched a gift card sale for purchases made until December 1, 2022.
You can buy a $100 gift card with a $50 bonus and six months of Tablet Plus included.

You can only use one Tablet gift card per reservation, but I guess that you can make back-to-back bookings.
There are quite a few chain-affiliated hotels that are also part of Tablet. You won’t be eligible for hotel loyalty program benefits, night/stay credits, or points for these stays.
Typical Tablet Plus Benefits:
- Upgrade to next room category, based upon availability at check-in
- Guaranteed 4pm late check-out
- Welcome fruit basket in room on arrival
- 25 USD hotel credit per room, per day (valid towards incidentals)
Conclusion
There are plenty of hotels on the Tablet platform that are NOT part of Tablet Plus. It seems that they act as a sort of OTA, and I am not sure who is the backend provider for the inventory.
I have a friend who has and uses Tablet Hotels and appears to be quite satisfied. I have not used their services, however.
