Hyatt has launched a new offer for stays in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa through May 31, 2023, intended for Lindner Nights members but appears to be open for all.
You can earn 1,000 bonus points for each night consumed during the promotional period after registration. You can combine this bonus points opportunity with the global offer (read more here).

The T&Cs state that you should have been a Lindner Nights member before March 1, 2023, to be eligible for this offer, but my registration went through.
It timed out at first, but when I tried to register again, it returned an error message that I had already signed up for it.
You can combine this with the bonus points that you earn from Hyatt’s global bonus opportunity that begins on March 20:

Conclusion
It is still unclear when these 30 or so Lindner hotels in Europe will join World of Hyatt and become available on Hyatt’s rate searches.
At least you can earn some bonus points for Hyatt stays in the EMEA region in the meantime.
