Iberia has launched another discount award campaign for travel between September 1 – December 23, 2022.
Iberia Plus members who redeem their Avios for Economy or Premium economy awards (one-way or return) to/from Spain between May 17 and 23 save 50%.

This offer only applies to Iberia flights with an origin or destination within Spain. Business-class awards are excluded.
Conclusion
The page states that this would be available for Iberia Plus members in Spain, but that is not listed as one of the conditions on the offer T&Cs.
Perhaps some readers can save on their fall travel to or from Spain. I would not fly on Iberia long-haul economy, however.
