You can get a fifth night free (440,000 points for five nights) or pay $6,000 before taxes and fees.

Here the five-night stay would cost more than $100,000 or 480,000 points.
Conclusion
You have to keep in mind that Honors awards include all fees and taxes that sometimes can be an additional 20-30% on top of the initial rate displayed, and all elite members get the fifth night free when redeeming points.
The best use of Hilton Honors points is when and where the paid rates are through the roof, such as the Maldives or French Polynesia properties. Always check the revenue rates and compare them against the price for points purchases.
