Shangri-La Golden Circle refresh is going live this Thursday (April 28, 2022), and you still have a day to burn your points at a current value before the program moves to entirely dynamic award pricing.
Shangri-La Circle announced its invitation-only Polatis tier back in December (read more here) and updated program information in January (read more here) that is going live tomorrow.

Welcome Bonus
Shangri-La Circle is launching a Welcome Bonus for both new and existing members.
New members earn 300 bonus points after their first activity + additional bonus points per the table above. Existing members earn up to 1,500 bonus points for 5 or more transactions between April 28 – July 31, 2022.
Members’ Day
Shangri-La Circle will have a Members’ Day each month 6 to 8. Members can expect to see bonus points and redemption offers monthly.
Conclusion
Not sure how well this launch is ongoing when many of the Shangri-La’s markets in China are in a lockdown and likely zero covid tragedy in place for the foreseeable future.
Looking at where most of Shangri-La’s hotels are located, this is a challenging program for a member who doesn’t live in Mainland China.
