I have tried three of Hyatt’s all-inclusives over the past two years and a few others previously.
The food has always been subpar, the adult beverages bad, and the price of these properties mostly ridiculous considering what they offer (I have both paid and used points depending on the property).
This past February, I stayed a night at the Hyatt Zilara Cancun, where people in their 30s and 40s were on a never-ending spring break, thinking they were in their early 20s. So I left two days early and went to SLS, which turned out to be the right choice.
Most would do much better by booking a good quality non-all inclusive and using hotel F&B and other area dining options.
This offer makes very little sense.
You need to stay 3 nights to earn 5,000 points worth perhaps $60 to 80$. If they had added a zero to the bonus points, they may have incentivized someone to choose one of these participating properties for a stay that otherwise wouldn’t have taken place,

5. How does the promotion work?
After registration, for every eligible stay with a minimum of 3 consecutive nights at participating all-inclusive resorts in the Americas during the Promotion Period, World of Hyatt members will receive 5,000 Bonus Points. Members must be registered for the promotion and provide their World of Hyatt membership number at the time of check-in. Members can earn for a maximum of five eligible stays during the promotion period.
Members may choose to earn Base Points, miles or MGM Rewards Tier Credits for their stay, but only Bonus Points are awarded under this promotion.
6. What is considered an eligible stay?
For purposes of this promotion, an “Eligible Stay” means any series of three (3) or more consecutive nights spent by a member at the same participating hotel, resort, or other property for which at least one night is an Eligible Night. All consecutive nights at the same hotel count as a single stay, regardless of whether the member checks out and then back in over the course of the stay.

12. Are there any restrictions on the form of payment in order to participate in this promotion?
Eligible methods of payment include cash, check, or major credit cards or debit/bank cards. Eligible methods of payment exclude, without limitation, hotel “House Accounts,” charges settled by a company or organization.
In order for a Member to earn points, the bill for qualifying charges must be in that member’s name and the member must personally pay for all charges. If a member’s eligible stay is charged back to a Master Account, the stay will not be considered qualifying and will not count as an eligible stay or be eligible toward earning in the promotion.
13. Can I choose miles or MGM Rewards Tier Credits or airline miles for my stay and earn Bonus Points for qualifying nights during the Promotion Period?
